Easily and efficiently isolate highly purified mouse na ve CD8+ T cells (CD3+CD8+CD44-CD62L+) from single-cell suspension of mouse splenocytes or lymph node samples by immunomagnetic negative selection, with the EasySep™ Mouse Na ve CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit. In this EasySep™ negative selection procedure, unwanted cells are labeled with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The following unwanted cells are targeted for removal: CD4, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD44, CD45R/B220, CD49b, TCRγ/δ, and TER119. The magnetically labeled cells are then separated from the untouched desired na ve CD8+ T cells by using an EasySep™ magnet and simply pouring or pipetting the desired cells into a new tube.
