Helios基因枪系统

Helios基因枪是一种方便的手提式设备，可对细胞进行快速直接的原位基因转移。该系统通过可调节的氦气脉冲，来带动位于小塑料管内壁，包被有DNA、RNA或其它生物材料的金粉颗粒，将其直接打入细胞内部。使用样品管制备站可很容易地制备管内子弹。
